They say that you can’t teach an old dog new tricks. Neuroplasticity tends to indicate the very opposite.This collection of exercises is an attempt to forge a playground in the final years of life, pieced together by my grandmother and myself.
To avoid getting into useless arguments about politics, we started a series of small experiments. One thought guided us while assembling these exercises: in old age you become a different kind of a kid, as long as you hold on to your sense of curiosity.
